I am a continuous learner; As a matter of fact, I received GVA Scholar for Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I attended the advanced Social Media Marketing and Advertising and Chatbot Development and Marketing. During the training, I learned basic Facebook advertising and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.
